煤矿井下避难硐室钻孔逃生模式应用探讨

摘要:

现有的煤矿井下避难硐室设计只能为紧急避险人员提供一个独立的生存环境而不能使井下避险人员迅速升井,从而彻底脱离危险环境。在井下发生瓦斯、煤尘爆炸或火灾事故后有毒、有害气体迅速蔓延,并随时有可能发生二次灾害,此时地面营救人员下井施救有可能产生非必要的伤亡。针对这个问题,提出了避难硐室的钻孔逃生模式,并在中煤平朔集团井工二矿得到了成功应用。钻孔逃生模式既能为紧急避险人员提供基本生存保障,又能通过逃生钻孔将紧急避险人员送至地面彻底摆脱危险环境,为现有避难硐室设计提供了新的参考

Abstract:

The design scheme of existing refuge chamber only provided an independent living environment without giving emergency hedge downhole emergency personnel to quickly rise well completely out of danger environment. Occurred in the coal mine gas and coal dust explosion and fire accident then rapid spread toxic or harmful gases, and the secondary disasters may occur at any time, At this moment the ground rescue personnel go down to rescue casualties may produce non-essential. To address this issue, Design the drilling of refuge chamber escape mode and Coal PINGSHUO Group Ltd. has been successfully applied. Drilling Escape model not only can provide a basic guarantee for the survival of emergency refuge personnel, but also can sent emergency refuge personnel to the ground through the emergency escape drilling to completely get rid of hedge personnel in hazardous environment. We provide a new reference to existing refuge chamber design.
